Function PlayerHandSection

PlayerHandSection(__namedParameters: PlayerHandSectionProps): Element
Renders the human player's card hand with mobile/desktop layout branching. On mobile, uses MobileHandGrid for a compact two-row layout. On desktop, renders individual card buttons in a flex wrap row.
